This system will notify you via telephone of emergency situations, critical community alerts, severe thunderstorm warnings, flash flood warnings and tornado warnings within moments of being issued by the National Weather Service (NWS). Examples include: evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.
