This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event, and it takes place on the streets right next to the City Park where we have the food trucks set up, the bouncy houses, and the Community Center where we have both indoor and outdoor tables for visitors to sit and listen to the music. Each booth spot is 10’ x10’, and vendors/crafters are responsible for bringing their own tables, tents, weights (if it’s windy), chairs, and chargers for any equipment. We do not provide electrical access nor are we able to help with setting up tents, mainly because we are always short on volunteers. But if someone happens to be available, we can certainly try to help out! Spots are officially reserved once form and payment have been received.
