Signing up is quick. All you need to do is complete the ACH authorization form and include a voided check from the account you would like the payment withdrawn from. You may return the completed form and voided check by: Mailing it to: City Hall PO Box 223 Glyndon, MN 56547 Dropping it off in the secure drop box located outside the main door at City Hall, 36 3rd St SE.
