On Monday September 14, 2026, the Glyndon Fire & Rescue Department along with other local agencies will be participating in a Landing Zone (LZ) Training in conjunction with Sanford Air-Med. Residents may see emergency vehicles with activated warning lights and a helicopter between the hours of 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm weather permitting. We kindly ask that residents avoid a one (1) block radius in the area south of the Community Center. Residents may take videos and pictures from afar but please maintain a safe working distance from the equipment and the individuals participating in the training. 3rd Street S will be closed between Partridge Ave and Eglon Ave during this time. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
