Even the friendliest dogs can make others feel unsafe when they run up unexpectedly — especially when someone else’s dog is leashed and unable to move freely. Per City Ordinance #164, all pets must be leashed and under your control at all times.

It is also your responsibility as a pet owner to properly clean up after your dog's waste and make sure they are licensed with the City.
